A customer with high production requirements can get an auto-loading system that works efficiently from a bundle size magazine yet unloads according to your WIP requirements. The machines work any combination of diameters and angles from stock lengths eliminating manual measuring, sawing, and notching, deburring, drilling, and repetitive material handling.   • Capacity: The machine will handle 24ft stock lengths and generally work round material from 5/8” diameter tube to 4” Sch 80 pipe or a maximum of 15lbs per ft.
  • The adjustable chuck configures to hold round and square material from 5/8”-6”. It also holds rectangular material ½” x 1” through 6.0” x 6.0”.
  • 5 Servo Axis Upgrade option available to handle square tube and angle.
