CUSTOM MATERIAL HANDLING SYSTEMS

This MODULAR DESIGNED MATERIAL HANDLING SYSTEM gives the customer the flexibility to set the system up in many configurations with the look of a CUSTOM DESIGNED MATERIAL HANDLING SYSTEM at a fraction of the cost of other manufacturers.

MODULAR DESIGNED ROLLER CONVEYORS

Available in 5’ and 10’ sections (other length also available

upon special request) with Pass line height according to the customers requirements, these sections are available in 500 lbs/ft and also 1000lbs/ft capacity. Rollers are spaced as close

as 12 1/2” on centers.

LIFT & CARRY CROSS TRANSFERS

These heavy duty units have a LIFTING CAPACITY of 5’ tons per section and are built up to 60’ in length. They are built as STANDARD Transfers (in & out of a roller conveyor) and also as THRU Transfers (going through the DATUM LINE)

HYDRAULIC POWER UNITS

Affordable and built with the highest quality US MADE components available. Parts are available anywhere locally.

Units range from 10HP to 40HP (5GPM to 33GPM).

All Power Units have PRESSURE COMPENSATED PUMPS

HEAVY DUTY COLUMN ROTATORS

These Rotators have a load capacity of 16 tons per set and

can turn columns for welding. They are priced very affordable

and save on Handling cost.
