this process, Ficep S. p. A. founded in October of 2002 it's own
subsidiary, FICEP CORPORATION, located in Forest Hill, Maryland.
This subsidiary is engaged in the manufacturing, sales, and service
of new Ficep equipment plus the rebuilding of USED STRUCTURAL STEEL
FABRICATION MACHINERY.
FICEP CORPORATION in Forest Hill, MD (near Baltimore) recently
installed a computerized SPARE PARTS STORAGE SYSTEM to better serve
our customers and carries over 3 Million Dollars worth of Parts
Inventory in stock, most parts are also available from local
distributors (all parts carry cross reference numbers for local US
suppliers). FICEP CORPORATION also has currently 11 Service Tech's
on it’s staff, three of them based on the West-Coast.
For the last 8 years every
FICEP MACHINE is equipped with ONLINE DIAGONSTIC feature. This
allows our Technicians where ever they might be at any given time,
to diagnose any machine either via Telephone-line or over the
Internet, isolate and resolve the problem, and if a Service Call is
required be aware what parts are required and have them available on
site by the time the Service Tech arrives at the customers site.
