HK FS-Series Corona Fiber Laser
The FS3015 Fiber Laser Series, nicknamed the ‘Falcon’ series, was developed after listening to our customers who wanted a low-cost fiber laser machine to meet their budget, but didn’t want to compromise on cut quality, machine performance or functionality. HK zeroed in on customer feed-back and developed a machine that is an investment game changer with a cutting edge fiber resonator and Siemens CNC control.
The most entry level model in the series is the 2.5kW variant with standard nLight Cutting Head. The 4kW, 5kW, and 8kW variants all feature nLights groundbreaking new ‘Corona’ cutting head technology which allows operators to vary beam density at the head for a variety of materials and applications.

HK Falcon III PLUS Fiber Laser

When it comes to manufacturing, efficiency is the key to success. One of the many ways to be efficient in the production process is material utilization. It is crucial to use up as much sheet material as possible and minimize the amount of scrap. For most cases, the larger the sheet size, the more efficient the material utilization is. Listed below are standard sheet metal sizes provided in U.S. It is reported that the material utilization for a 60”x144” sheet is approximately 10% higher than 60”x120” size sheet or smaller.
When it comes for the need to acquire an oversize laser machine in order to cut oversized parts, the main demand is not for expanded width, but for the length, which is mostly up to 144 inches. It is no longer necessary to acquire an oversize massive laser machine just to cut longer parts.

Beam shaping Technology
Unlike the conventional beam size variation at the cutting head by using extra zoom lenses, HK’s revolutionary solution for beam shaping is that the mode and profile of the fiber laser beam is variable at the laser resonator. This technology eliminates the demand to have a complicated cutting head design for beam shaping.

HK RS-Series Fiber Laser
The HK Royce was designed to the highest speed, power and performance in its class. Royce is designed to process the gauge sheet metal with ultra high productivity and cut thick stainless / aluminum plate with a shiny clean cut edge.
Maximum fiber laser power up to 12kW and beyond which enable to cut over 1” thick stainless steel or aluminum plate or cut mid-range thick plates with ultra-high speeds. For examples, 550ipm for 0.25” or 190ipm for 0.5” for Stainless.
The HK Royce has an open table structure which have two doors accessible to the cutting table, one from the front and one from the side. That way, the machine is much more accessible to the table for casual trouble-shooting and parts handling.

Royce adopts the innovative and revolutionary flying-optics structure design to quantum-leap the speed and productivity of the system along with great gantry stability in high dynamics environment. Special gantry design and lower CGP (Center Gravity Point) are the keys for this innovative technology.
Thanks to the above features, High JERK value is achieved for higher da/dt, as opposed to G value which is dv/dt. It rapidly accelerates acceleration instead of velocity.
The fiber laser, electrical cabinet and gas control system are all built-in as part of one-body system so the time for installation and set-up is reduced, and the floor dimension is much more compact than the competitors.
The new version HK HMI control application based on Siemens SINUMETIK 840D brings more user-friendly and innovative features to make the system even more competitive in terms of productivity, convenience and remote-monitoring.

HK FL-Series Fiber Laser
The all new FL3015 corona fiber laser system is the latest high quality fiber laser produced by HK. It features a cutting carriage with dual servo motors and additional frames to prevent whipping with a brand new Laser Mech auto focus fiber cutting head.
The FL3015 Corona has a wide open side door for flexible cutting of various sheet sizes with a rotary axis as an option for tube cutting.
